Each library has different specialities. Today, I came to the Arsenal Library located in rue de Sully in the fourth arrondissement.
Back in the XVI century, this site was an arsenal established by King François I. Then, it was rebuilt and expanded as a library in the middle of the XVIII century. Perhaps it was due to its history in the French Revolution and the literary librarian, the author named Charles Nodier in the XIX century, the collection of Arsenal Library concentrates more and more on French literature and history.
