How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We will ship out your order as soon as possible. But every order is taken with care, we want to make sure your art journey starts even from the packaging. Please allow 3 weeks of preparation after the payment. 
If you would like to request special or rushed delivery, please email us at nereid_mengfei@nereidodelette.com . But please notice that additional fees may apply.

Do You Ship Outside Of France?
Yes, we ship worldwide. 

How Can I Return My Order? If My Order Is Damage/ Incorrect?
All artworks, original and prints, by Nereid are final sale, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
In order to protect your rights, it is highly recommended to film an unboxing video once you receive the package.  If there is any damage caused by the delivery, please contact nereid_mengfei@nereidodelette.com . We must receive your email WITH the photo and video documentation of damages. The documentation need to show the date corresponds with the same day of receiving/unboxing the package. We will no longer take any issue into account after 7 days.
Please notice that we can’t guarantee the quality and the service if your order is made with a third party. We encourage you to order through this website, or directly with the artist, Nereid, herself.

Does My Order Comes With A Frame?
Not at the moment.

What If My Order Is Lost?
The shipping time depends on the country and the shipping company, please remain patient for any delay. If by any chance the package is lost, please contact nereid_mengfei@nereidodelette.com . 

I Make This Order As A Gift For Others.

We do not include the price for the additional service. If you would like to include a handwritten card, please make an order from the “Gift” section of the boutique, and specify the content of your card.
If you forget to include the gift service into your order, please contact nereid_mengfei@nereidodelette.com for your requirement mentioning the purchase number.

Is My Transaction And Personal Information Secure?
We will never share nor sell your information to any third party. The information collected is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.

Can I Order Commissioned Arts?
You are more than welcome to contact nereid_mengfei@nereidodelette.com for an one-and-only artworks. Please notice that commissioning portray is not include in the service.
